Happy Tuesday, Sailfish Families!!

This Wednesday, June 10th will be an AWAY meet that will take place in the evening. We will be swimming against the Cinco Ranch Southwest Otters (CRSW)!

POOL ADDRESS: 26418 Cinco Terrace Drive, Katy TX 77494

SET UP ARRIVAL: 4:00 PM (w/tents and supplies already loaded up from Gaston Pool)

SWIMMER ARRIVAL: 5:00 PM

WARM UPS: 5:30 PM

All swimmers must be in 2026 Sailfish Team suits & swim caps. Don’t forget goggles, towel, sunscreen, water & snacks. Also be sure to bring a chair!  

It's our first and only NIGHT Meet this season so we are encouraging your swimmer to bring any "glow" gear (see attached flyer). 

ARRIVAL:THERE IS NO GENERAL PARKING IN THE CRSW POOL PARKING LOT. You will have to park at Stanley Elementary (26633 Cinco Terrace). It is about a 10 minute walk from Stanley Elementary to the pool. Do NOT park on S. Fry or Cinco Terrace as you may be ticketed by local police or towed. Maps are also included at the bottom of this email.

You may drop off your swimmer at the entrance of the pool but you may not drive into the parking lot at the pool.

CHECK-IN: Sailfish swimmers & volunteers will check in inside the gate. Spectators will set up outside the fence.

END TIME: 11:00 PM approximately if the meet is moving efficiently. Swim meets can go late; be prepared for a fun but long evening! Swimmers must stay for all their heats, and Volunteers for their full shift. (Note: 6U’s swim only free & back, so they will be done earlier.)

NO SHOW POLICY: Volunteers & Swimmers who are signed up / declared as attending will be assessed a fine for no-shows without valid medical reasons per Sailfish policy.

Concessions: CRSW will have Chick-fil-a sandwiches, pizza, candy, drinks, snacks. There will be a Yeti Ice Truck. Accepted forms of payment will be cash and Zelle.
