**The First Colony Swim Team (FCST) is a nationally recognized, year-round USA Swimming program established in 1981. Operating out of six heated pools, it offers comprehensive, progressive swimming programs for all ages and skill levels. The club provides several structured programs tailored to different goals and experience levels:
- Competitive Team: A highly successful year-round program divided by age and ability (Age Groups, Pre-Senior, and Senior levels) with professional coaching. Swimmers in this group frequently qualify for top regional, state, and national meets.
- Swim League: A non-competitive or semi-competitive bridge program for ages 5–15 that focuses on stroke technique and endurance without the heavy time commitment of the competitive team.
- Learn to Swim: Group and private classes for children (and adults) focused on water safety, comfort, and basic skill development.
- Masters Swimming: A coached program for adults (18 & over) focused on fitness, triathlons, and competition.
