Happy Monday, Sailfish Families!!

This Tuesday, June 24th will be our last AWAY meet of the season. We will be swimming against the Firethorne Firefish!

SET UP ARRIVAL: 4:00PM (w/tents and supplies already loaded up from Gaston Pool)

SWIMMER ARRIVAL: 5:00PM

WARM UPS: 5:30PM

MEET STARTS: 6:00PM

All swimmers must be in 2025 Sailfish Team suits & swim caps. Don’t forget goggles, towel, sunscreen, water & snacks. ALSO, since this is a night meet we're encouraging swimmers to bring their own glow-in-the-dark fun items to wear when they're not swimming (neon bracelets, glasses, headbands, etc!).

ARRIVAL: THERE IS NO GENERAL PARKING IN THE FTST POOL PARKING LOT. You can park in the school side of the pool parking lot only. Overflow parking will be at Wolman Elementary. You can park along N. Firethorne but please do not park on side streets. Please see map included at the bottom of this email.

CHECK-IN: Sailfish swimmers & volunteers will check in by the entrance to our swimmer tents. Spectators will set up outside the fence (see map)

END TIME: 11:30PM approximately if the meet is moving efficiently. Swim meets can go late; be prepared for a fun but long evening! Swimmers must stay for all their heats, and Volunteers for their full shift. (Note: 6U’s swim only free & back, so they will be done earlier.)

NO SHOW POLICY: Volunteers & Swimmers who are signed up / declared as attending will be assessed a fine for no-shows without valid medical reasons per Sailfish policy.

Concessions: FTST will be selling candy, soda, Gatorade, and tickets. Tickets can be used for hot dogs, hamburgers, and BBQ at the grill (see map). Payment forms accepted: cash, credit, debit, Venmo, and Zelle. The Yeti Ice truck will be at the meet also.
