Happy Wednesday, Sailfish Families!!

Reminder that TODAY's meet is at our Gaston Practice Pool! 8203 Gaston Rd, Katy 77494. PARKING will be VERY limited in the area. PLEASE consider WALKING to Gaston pool if you can!  We are swimming against the Green Trails Swim Team (GTST) Gators.

SET UP ARRIVAL: 4:00PM

SWIMMER ARRIVAL: 4:30PM

WARM UPS: 5:00PM

MEET START TIME: 6PM - Check Remind App for notifications about weather issues!

All swimmers must be in 2024 Sailfish Team suits & swim caps. Don’t forget goggles, towel, SUNSCREEN, water & snacks. Also, as this is an evening meet...you may want to pack them a little flashlight for when it gets darker in case they need to locate their belongings.  

ARRIVAL:THERE IS NO GENERAL PARKING IN THE GASTON POOL PARKING LOT.Nearby residents are encouraged to walk / bike. Click here to see parking instructions and layout for our HOME meet. Maps are also included at the bottom of this email. DO NOT PARK along any RED curbs (fire lanes!) and also please do not block any driveways. You could be towed at your own expense. 

CHECK-IN: Sailfish swimmers & volunteers will check in inside the gate. Please make sure your swimmer is checked in! Spectators will set up outside the fence.

END TIME: Swim meets can go long; be prepared for a fun but long day! Swimmers must stay for all their heats, and Volunteers for their full shift. (Note: 6U’s swim only free & back, so they will be done earlier.)

NO SHOW POLICY: Volunteers & Swimmers who are signed up / declared as attending will be assessed a fine for no-shows without valid medical reasons per Sailfish policy.

Concessions & Sailfish Merchandise will be available for sale! Cash & Venmo accepted.
