Parents and swimmers - the weather forecast shows some chance of rain this afternoon.  Please be aware that we can and will swim even if it is raining.  If thunder and lightning show up then we will stop swimmers and assess.  

Here's the following Weather Delay Plan:

If the meet is delayed 0-30 minutes

No change to the schedule. We will attempt to complete all events

If the meet is delayed 30-60 minutes

Relays will be cancelled – Events 1 to 14 and 67+

If the meet has started and Events 1 to 14 have already been completed, then I.M. will be cancelled – Events 39 to 46

If the meet is delayed 60-90 minutes

In addition to relays the I.M. will be cancelled – Events 39 to 46

If the meet start is delayed 2 hours

At the discretion of the CRSW Otters Whale representative and in consultation with the visiting team the meet will be cancelled. 

Please download the Swimtopie app and turn ON Notifications prior to arriving at the meet to get the latest updates.

Also, we've been informed that it is very muddy over at the Cinco Ranch Rosewood II Pool (location of our swim meet tonight)...please be aware that location of our team tents may be moved.  

Check in early today so that our swimmers have time to get settled and ready for warm-ups (which will start promptly at 5:30PM for our team).
