Dear Parents & Guardians of 2024 SMST swimmers!

As part of the Seven Meadows Swim team, each family is REQUIRED to volunteer for 2 positions per registered swimmer (maximum of 5 positions per family.)

A family’s volunteer commitment may be fulfilled by any adult member of the family or friend. Volunteers must check-in before the meet with the volunteer coordinator(s) in order to receive credit for their duty. Each volunteer must complete his or her entire assigned duty. In some cases, your swimmer will be finished with the meet before your duties are completed.

The time has come and we will be opening up volunteer spots on Monday, May 20 at 8AM CST.  You can log into your Swimtopia app to sign up for jobs. Volunteer spots will be open for both the Green and White Meet happening on June 1st and the first home meet against Grand Lakes Swim Team (GLST) happening on June 8th.

***IMPORTANT-ACTION REQUIRED***

All volunteers must complete the 2024 Athlete Protection Training (also known as Darkness to Light training) PRIOR to volunteering.  This is an ANNUAL training that must be completed.  Click here to begin the training on-line if you have not done so already.
