SET UP ARRIVAL: 4:30 pm

SWIMMER ARRIVAL: 4:45 pm

WARM UPS: 5:00 pm

All swimmers must be in 2023 Sailfish Team suits & swim caps.  Don’t forget goggles, towel, sunscreen, water & snacks. 

ARRIVAL:  SEE WEBSITE Home Page & Meet Tab for drop-off / parking instructions.  THERE IS NO GENERAL PARKING IN THE GASTON POOL PARKING LOT.  Follow website instructions for parking.  Nearby residents are encouraged to walk / bike.  

CHECK-IN:  Sailfish swimmers & volunteers will check in inside the gate.  Spectators will set up outside the fence.

END TIME:  Swim meets can go long; be prepared for a fun but late night!  (11 pm or later). Swimmers must stay for all their heats, and Volunteers for their full shift.  (Note: 6U’s swim only free & back, so they will be done earlier.)

NO SHOW POLICY:  Volunteers & Swimmers who are signed up / declared as attending will be assessed a fine for no-shows without valid medical reasons per Sailfish policy.

 
Concessions & Sailfish Merchandise will be available for sale!  (Chic Fil A, Pizza, Kona snow cones, snacks, treats, drinks.) Cash & Venmo accepted.
